The person that answered the phone was very nice and the tech was professional. Unfortunately, they charged me $140, and told me they couldn’t service my fireplace because they are only allowed to work with fireplaces they sell. They couldn’t even order the part. It was a waste of money which is short these days.

Excellent customer service! Called for a minor problem and the nice lady told me how to fix it and even walked me thru while on phone, very helpful and saved me a $100 service charge to boot! Wonderful to have such a store like this in our small town.

Walked in asked a question about putting a wood stove in my trailer, was rudely told that she wouldn’t help me or sell me any pipes or anything else. If she couldn’t help me I would have understood but! She was the rudest person I ever met. Would not recommend them to anyone, terrible experience.

Very poor customer service. Bought a fireplace, after 6 months of almost daily use in the winter, protected fireplace front with painter's tape while setting stone around it in the spring. When tape removed, black paint came with it. After picking up can of defective paint to touch it up, was told I could now sand it, pick up another can (free, at least) and that 6 months of high heat was not enough time to "cure" the paint. Also, I may want to call the manufacturer. Thanks. Love paying several thousand dollars and then get grief over a hundred dollar part.
