I just got in the mail the zip-up hoodie that I ordered for my Mum and she LOVES it!! She can't wait to wear it to her next appointment and spend those long hours in warmth and comfort!
I'm from Australia so for a product to get sent half way across the world in the time that it did was amazing!
The pricing was reasonable for a product like this (all up I spent about $95AUD ≈ $67USD) and the quality is great! I only wish I bought a larger size but it still fits her perfectly.

I placed an order with this business because it was advertised as a family owned/operated business and I wanted to support. Their pricing is comparable to other companies making clothing for dialysis patients. What kind of rubbed me the wrong way was the shipping cost. I was charged $10.25 for what they described as shipping costs dependent on the weight of the item. All I ordered was one pair of pants? I don’t see how the weight of one pair of pants would equate to that type of shipping but I let it go, still placed my order. I placed that order on 10/16/2020 and to date (10/31/2020) my order has not shipped. I called and left a voicemail to inquire about my order 2 days ago and have not received a call back either. I would not recommend any dialysis patients or loved ones of dialysis patients to order from here as their shipping speed is very slow and they’re non-responsive to customer inquiries.
