This HG Cellular rocks! I called around to multiple computer repair shops and they had the lowest price for computer diagnostic. On top of that I was impressed with how they treated me as a customer. Blake and Travis were genuinely helpful every step of the way. They were both friendly, honest, informative, and not condescending when I asked questions. They helped me (as a non-technology savvy individual) to understand what was going on with my computer and what all my options were. This gained my trust. I'm super satisfied with their service and wouldn't hesitate to go back if I need to.

I went mid to late July to get my phone screen fixed since it had some water damage and the color was messed up. They said that it would be no problem to fix it and charged me $250. I have an IPhone 15 plus and when I got my phone and receipt back I saw that it said that I had a 14, which I don’t. I then got a notification in my settings that said that my new screen isn’t compatible with my phone and that I need to get it fixed. Did I not just pay $250 to get my phone fixed? Now my phone glitches out and acts like I’m typing or touching the screen when I’m not, won’t even register that I’m touching the screen half the time and the screen flashes a blue color every time I turn it on and off. It also constantly locks me out of my phone by randomly typing in a password when I’m not even on my phone. If you’re going to charge such a high price then make sure you actually fix the phone. Never again will I go there.

Took my MacBook Air in because it was having an issue and Travis fixed it on the spot and was very helpful in describing the issue and helping me understand. I will be using this place for all my electronic device needs! Very wonderful!

If you are going to buy or repair anything electronics, check out HG Cellular!! They are my go-to! Super friendly staff. The technician is very knowledgeable and has been a life saver for my phone! Replaced my screen fast, which was nice if at a high price of $300. First screen had issues and required replacing within 45 days. The phone itself started acting quirky as in the touch screen started acting off. The replacement screen has the same issues. A customer in there and I started talking and they said they knew 2 people that their phones were messed up after screen replacement and never were the same again. I'm unsure if the act of replacing them just causes issues or if the repairer does but I do know even with a cracked screen my phone behaved correctly.
