We spent a fantastic four hours exploring the Oasis of Murals in 29 Palms on e-bikes rented from this shop. Despite our near-zero experience with e-bikes, the owner expertly guided us to the best bikes for our needs. The rates were surprisingly affordable, and I appreciated the owner's no-pressure approach – no attempts to upsell us to fancier gear. His brief, informative tutorial and insider tips on routes and side trips were also helpful. Zipping from mural to mural, we discovered the town in a way that's impossible from a car. If you're looking for a fun, adventurous way to explore 29 Palms, I highly recommend renting e-bikes from this shop.

We had an incredible experience with High Desert E-Bikes! From start to finish, their communication was top-notch—they were quick to respond, answered all of our questions, and provided detailed instructions for the ride. One of the best parts? We had a wonderful experience at High Desert EBikes!!! We rented two cruisers and biked 40 miles through the national park. It was an amazing way to see Joshua tree. The bikes were very powerful and lasted all day. The shop owner was great and drove us to the park entrance to get us started on our adventure. We will absolutely return to this shop the next time we are in the area and in need of well-maintained bikes for the day!

This is business is amazing, Joshua Tree NP is already so liberating, and on a bike you really get to feel it’s freedom and magic! Also the owner and staff were next level helpful, even helped me fix my own personal bike and it was such a positive experience, the owner is one of the coolest people I’ve met in a while and sooooo knowledgeable!

The owner is wonderful . We got our bikes delivered promptly at the entrance of Joshua tree national park . The owner made sure that we are comfortable with the bikes . The bikes were in a great condition and made our visit worth it ! Highly recommended
