BEWARE!!!! FRAUD!!!DON'T BUY A PHONE HERE!!!!..These people are selling selling phones that are not new and are not original. They are also no longer connected with Metro PCS. They are selling leftover used phones and they are calling customer service at Metro asking them to activate your phone as if they were the customer. I was lucky, I finally caught on after customer service contacted me directly. They were never able to activate the phone and luckily the phone never left their store. The super rude gal at the front gave me a refund...obviously she didn't have a choice. But she was so anger, she literally tore the receipt in my face, refusing to give it back to me.....DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY.
