I stopped by this H&M location while waiting for my movie to start. I wanted to see if they had any new colors for their easy iron dress shirt since those are one of the only product I wear from here. They didn't have a lot of selection and I didn't see anything that I like so I went to look at their dress jacket and pants. They had some good colors and the prices were not so bad so maybe I'll get them when they are on sale. The store is pretty organized and there were workers walking around the store if you need any help. This H&M is 2 stories so they'll likely have more stuff than other H&M location.

I had a very bad experience at this location, we went there and picked alot of merchandise and check them all at their website they mostly were on sale for black Friday, after a long line cashier told us they can't honor their own website price match! Even her manager Isaac came and said the same thing! You know what is funny? H&M app let's you buy them online and pick them up at the same store!!!!! Either this is a stupid roll that H&M has or employees of this location are the worst and don't want to do their job right! They wasted our time so much. Won't go back again!

Great place with great sales and prices affordable. But the lines were very long to pay. Also I bought two pairs of boots in the sale section but got charge $67 for one pair and $12 for the other so that was upsetting but I live too far to drive all the way back. It made me very mad though. I had spent over $450 on several pairs of pants and some shirts and so I assumed all was correct. Guess I should have known there would be a mistake and it just makes me sad.

No exchange or returns is the dumbest policy I have ever heard. Bought a jacket 5 days ago never wore it with tags attached I wanted to change for a different color, the manager was talking to me like I'm a criminal wanting an exchange. Never stepping foot in this company.

Shoutout to Travis! Great employee his customer service is truly top notch!! My air pods fell underneath a crevice that I wasn’t able to grab however, Travis went above and beyond to grab it for me with a smile on his face!!! Thank you so much you deserve a promotion or a raise, that was really kind of you!

Customer satisfaction does not seem to be of importance to this store. Upon arriving home after making a purchase, I noticed the sensor was left on. This is the SECOND time this has happened.

I had to make yet another special trip to the store to have it removed. I asked to speak to the manager and Caroline (pronounced Caro-leen) listened to my complaint. Instead of giving me some sort of compensation like store credit or something for the incredible inconvenience, all she said was “I know it’s annoying, I’ll let our staff know.” That was it. She acknowledged it was “annoying.”

I’ve managed retail stores over the years and I wouldn’t even hesitate to accommodate a customer if inconvenienced this way. It was a disappointing experience and I doubt I will ever come shop at this store again.

I do want to thank cashier Daniel for his politeness and sincere concern for my circumstance.
