I contacted Hobbs in Macon because that is where I was at and I needed oxygen delivered because was being discharged the next day.They told me I had to speak to someone at Warner Robins because that's were I live. After giving me the phone number they transfered the call to WR. Once I explained the situation i was given a time frame for delivery. I asked for a phone call when the driver was near.
The agents at both locations were patient, professional and customer friendly.
Much to my pleased surprise I got a call saying the driver was roughly ten minutes away. I thought the oxygen was going to be delivered the next day!!
I would strongly recommend Hobbs for your needs.

I Was informed by text message when and who the technician was and what time he would arrive. He even updated his arrival time as there were some traffic delays. Once he arrived he adjusted the walker to my height. Very polite and professional. I look forward to dealing with the company in the future. Would recommend them most highly.
