This short, unsolicited email is meant to make you are aware of a quality PC repair service, Restore Hub in Sandy, Oregon. The owner, Blake has exceptional knowledge of Macs and Windows PCs

In my opinion there are few PC repair companies in the area. In fact, I don’t know of any in the same league as Restore Hub

It also helps that in my experience they’re highly cost-effective.

Please consider them if you have any PC, server, or related problems

Blake at Restore Hub in Sandy, Oregon saved me money and my sanity when my PC went belly up and I was afraid that I'd lost everything. Not only did he restore all my important files, photos and spreadsheets, but he also helped guide me on making my choice for a new computer. He didn't make a dime on my new purchase, but he spent time, patience, and his energy to make sure I was informed and happy with the choice I made. I was so lucky to discover Blake and I will never take my computers, phones, and anything else technical to anybody but him. He is knowledgeable, organized, honest and generous with his time and expertise to folks like me who could have been lambs to the slaughter to others without the same ethics or trustworthiness. His experience and talents are worth their weight in gold.

Middle of the road service. I was disappointed that after paying to have a tune up done on my laptop and desktop computer. Both were to be cleaned inside and cleaned drive wise/boot wise to improve speed.

The desktop had a bent filler plate that wasn't bent prior to turning in the unit and I was still unimpressed with the boot up speed after having it cleaned up to boot up faster. It was even noted "Has this filler plate always had issues staying in?" as it was pointed out to me immediately on pickup. There was an obvious bend in the middle of it but I disregarded it because I just wanted computer back.

The laptop was opened up after bringing it home because my charging cord went bad one I had brought it home so I was replacing the battery at the same time and realized there was still lint in the internal fan showing that this was not cleaned as promised.

Communication I'd give a 4/10 to. I did recieve correspondence back but there were days between returned voicemails at one point.

Overall things were faster on boot up but it was disappointing to have the damage to the desktop and see that the internals of the laptop were not service as expected. Waited to post this review until several days after providing an exit email review internally.

Absolutely, hands down great service! I took my computer in after I attempted a few repairs. Unknowingly to me, I was actually creating more problems. Blake took my computer and completely tore it down and started fixing all the individual problems. Computer is running even better than day 1! Please Please Please call them before anyone else! I had a great experience with Blake at Restore Hub. My windows laptop was running super slow and I took it in to be evaluated. Needed to decide whether to update/upgrade the laptop or just buy a new one. Blake was honest with me about my options and answering all my questions so patiently. He ended up upgrading some parts in my laptop and now it feels brand new. His rates are very reasonable too. Will be a repeat customer.
