Robert was very helpful today! He helped me find a piece to replace a piece on my kitchen appliance I misplaced. He was knowledgeable and didn't give up in finding something that will work in place of the piece I misplaced. Thank you! Made my day less stressful and saved me a trip to Albany.

The sale prices and discounts the advertise in store never seem to actually work at the cash register.

It makes me wonder how many people get ripped off because they don't notice.

My home office needed to be painted because the old color was too glossy to act as a background for Zoom meetings. The woman who helped me was very kind and fun, but she did not explain sheens of paint well at all. She immediately told me to get eggshell, saying it would be different and better. Well, the room is painted, and it is certainly not better. It is same. I called the store to ask what could be done, but they simply told me to spend another $80 on a gallon of paint and paint over it. I was frustrated and said I purchased it at the specific suggestion of a staff member. They did not care. The staff apparently need to listen so they know what a customer is asking for--and then advise customers well so people don't suffer an expensive loss. And all because a customer (me) trusted them. There was no concern or help given to correct the staff member's mistake.

It cost me $189.99 to find out these guys can not paint color match! They offered no refund not even a percentage of a refund on the 5 gallons of paint. Is this a match to you? I wanted to support a local business but they don't hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. This store gave me paint with the wrong base color which was a mistake. I understand we all make mistakes but they take no accountability for their mistake not even an apology. If they reach out to correct this I will update my post.

Ace Hardware. Now more than just a place to go when you doing plumping and electrical projects. It has a complete line of paints, lumber, fasteners and tools. Saves time and gas by not having to drive out of town.
