2nd time customer last time I got a battery replaced and screen months go by and my phone started having issues again with Apple logo appearing and shutting down signs of a (faulty battery I bought from you guys )

so when that happened we took the phone out of the case and seen that the back of our phone is cracked (odd?)) I always have my phone in our outer box so I know for a fact it wasn’t from us but now we know that it was from the bad battery you sold me its even to a point where the front of the screen is pushed out!!

so I go in to get it replaced guy said he’ll see if it’s the charger port or battery calls back says it’s the battery (which should be replaced for free)but i didn’t mind I got charged $77 not after the job but before he started working on my phone then when I go to pick up my phone suddenly it’s the screen that’s the issue and needs replaced when I clearly saw my family photo on the screen & was fine but he kept insisting that it still does the same issue that he can replace screen for an additional $85 or he can refund me! Wild story to tell after a 12 hour but yup Also attached pictures showing all 4 corners of the back of the showing how it’s not dented nor looks dropped to make a crack on the back Also Pictures showing How good my screen looks! And showing how it’s pushing my front screen out.

Darryl is a super kind & humble guy. He fixed my HDMI on a PS5 I got, and had it done in a couple of hours. It came out to a total of $141 which is cheapest in a 25 mile radius. Came with a one year warranty so if it stops working, they’ll fix it. You definitely pay for what you get with these guys, and it’s still cheapest around.

I did have something that stopped working with these guys, and they didn’t put it on the back burner just because they already had my money, in fact they prioritized it. Honest & good business, will be back to have Darryl work on more in the future!

This place is tremendous. I'll keep this short and sweet, but this spot took care of me for some prior work I had done on my Iphone that ended up failing. I no longer had my proof of purchase, but once I explained my situation to the tech that was working (Daryl) he took care of me within 20 minutes. Cannot recommend this spot enough.

Too bad I can’t give a zero! This place must be good for small repairs like screen repairs, but bad at major repairs! I was told that my motherboard needed to be replaced on my iPhone, it would only take 2-3 days, and it would cost 150-175 bucks. Well, it took 6 days and cost $225. THEN, after just two days, the phone completely shut down and couldn’t be rebooted. Yes, it had a warranty and I could have taken it back to get fixed AGAIN but I didn’t want to wait another 6 days to get it back and possibly break down again. 225 bucks down the drain!

UPDATE Feb 27, 2024: Per the owner's response to my review, I sent an email with the specifics. I still have not received any response back from the "owner" nor any attempt to make things right! I guess "Our customers are very important to us..." does not apply to me. What a joke!
