I went in at 11:00 a.m. because my phone stopped charging all together. When I went in I was met by very nice gentleman who asked me to leave my phone with him for a few hours. He said that he would run Diagnostics and that if it needed a new charging port that they could do that and I would get an estimate. Came back a few hours later and he had it charging. He only charged me for Diagnostics and even told me how to prevent this in the future. Great customer service.

Great customer service! I was surprised that they didn’t have my screen in stock. I figured I have one of the most popular devices and screen sizes on the planet, but for an “extra $50” they could get it in today. The price was a little higher than I expected and then tack on another $50, as I needed it same day. Overall, though I’d use them again. I’ve never had to fix a screen before, so I wasn’t expecting/aware the cost would be about $360.

Great job quickly! Took my phone in for screen being busted! Got it back from repairs in couple hours and phone performed perfectly after repairs and price and service was good as far as I'm concerned!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ripped us off for a simple fix and then after picking up the supposedly repaired phone, all of a sudden it does not work at all. Took it back to have them look at it and was told the phone no longer works and is now in pieces. All it needed was a simple and easy repair, then coincidentally after the fact, it's broken. Never had an issue with this phone like the one they created! They rip you off, then create more issues so you take it back. Would never recommend them to anyone, ever. Shoddy business and scam artists! Rude employees as well. I should have trusted the customer in front of us that was also complaining about their service, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Terrible place, do not take your phone here. I should have done more research before PAYING them to basically break the phone!

Why i try to go to good service but get treated poorly I wonder if it’s because I am black and young and didn’t let you fix iPad Air I guess I get what I pad for your price is cheap I purchased my iPad from Best Buy and decided to go get my screen fixed with you guys now and somehow the pad isn’t working the way I brought it in nor holding a charge and it’s residue still on the screen the pad went from 100% to 89% in a few minutes. I never had problem! Now I have to take it to Apple support.

Thank you for answering my call today but I should not have to seem like the bad guy I will take my service elsewhere I have not play with the pad since It hard to do so Thanks but no thanks I let go n let God hopefully you guys will not underestimate anyone else !! N I’m not taking down my review

Robbed an elderly woman

My grandmother went here because they thought she had a virus on her phone.

This company factory reset her phone without asking her. She's 78 years old and in tears because she can't remember any of her passwords and all of her pictures are gone. On top of that they charged her $160!!!!

PHOTO ATTACHED FOR PROOF MY REVIEW IS IN FACT NOT A LIE REVIEW SEE OWNERS RESPONSE REFUSING TO FIX HIS PROBLEM/ERROR because I left a bad review JUST LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS‼️100% would not recommend anyone to do business with this place MAKE SURE TO ACTUALLY READ THE REVIEWS AND IGNORE THE FAKE ONES BEFORE PAYING THIS PLACE they use cheaply made Chinese screens from maybe Amazon horrible quality colors and pixelated image also tap/calibration is off have to click some letters more than once(they charge upward of 170$+) on top of that when they did the screen replacement installation seem they got dust in between the front camera and “new” (cheap Chinese off brand) screen so now snapchats,selfies etc. are extremely blurry when back in and stated my issues and was told it’s all on me and I would basically have to pay another 170$+ for another screen other reviews seem to say they have ad the same problems or similar don’t understand how this place has 4.5 Stars maybe they do fake reviews? Seems sketchy just like the way the do business. READ THE RESPONSE FROM THE “owner” refusing to fix his problem
