bought a iPhone 14 pro max last week, there was a slight issue with it a few days later that nobody could have predicted. I notified who I believe was the owner (Mike?) he immediately apologized and wanted to make things right, drove out to their store this morning and it was immediately handled and I got a new device replacement. Couldn’t be any happier, I was honestly worried as you never know what you’re getting when you don’t buy a phone from the source, the problem came and he killed the issue right away. I can truly honestly happily say, if it comes it another iPhone for myself or family, or just referring someone, I’m not going anywhere except here!!! Thank you!!!
