Extremely unprofessional. Been with this company for about 6 years now and for the past year or so this place has gone down hills. Just because we don't order as much or because we don't order a specific amount we get treated like garbage. I rather order from smaller companies and give them my business than to work with innex again. Their reps are a joke. A company like this, even if it's $300 here, $500 there, if that money flow stops coming in, it will eventually break them. Sad for the company. It's the employees that kill their reputation. I will never do business with them again, and the sooner these companies realize that they need us and not the other way around, the better it will be for them. They should be begging us for our business. We don't need them. A bad start for 2024.
