I was provided the BEST service ever visiting this establishment. Laura helped me pick out the best bracelet set that not only described me but inspired me as well! She was the sweetest thing & she was so outgoing & attentive. I haven't been in a lot of stores with such great customer service like this one & it was all thanks to Laura's bubbly personality. She is such an amazing person & I will definitely be returning for more sets as long as Laura is the woman assisting me! Such an amazing work keep it up girly!! She definitely deserves a promotion & a raise, she's such a deserving investment!! She's so worth it!

My wife loves this jewelry the quality is amazing but I never been to this location before and I dropped in during their big sale to get my loved ones some Christmas gifts and the customer service was exceptional the girl that helped me said she was new to the store but I couldn’t tell because she did amazing helping me pick out the perfect bracelets for my wife, daughter and mother. First time getting an inspiration co bracelet and I could not be happier. I originally came in for a bracelet as a gift for a classmate but I fell in love with so many bracelets because of Laura’s customer service! She is awesome and I will be back for her assist me with bracelets for my family!

Cumberland's The Inspiration Company is amazing! The stones and bracelets are beautiful, but the real star is the customer service! These ladies take the time to make sure your order is just right. I even left the store, was not in love with how they sat on my arm, and when I went back, they happily and patiently restrung the bracelets to fit just right! 10/10 Definitely would recommend.
