They’re installed battery for my old age car in front of my eyes, very fast , clean and care detailed, personally I think they’re more professional than my last mechanic shop.
BTW, if want fast service you should come earlier in the morning time such as me, then you no need to wait.

Was looking for batteries (main battery and auxiliary battery) for my Volvo XC90. Volvo dealer wants $900+tax for both batteries and labor.

When to interstate battery and talked to Kevin and ordered my batteries which takes two week, but battery came in one week. Very helpful and knowledgeable, willing to work with customer.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. These guys never let me know the status unless I call them. I’ve been waiting for a battery I ordered a month ago and I still haven’t got it. Now they are telling me the battery they are out of stock. When I called a week ago, I found out they didn’t even ordered it yet. Wow!

Great service. Unfortunately, they did not carry the motorcycle battery I was looking for, but they were ki d enough to give me the model number. I ordered battery online , but I was not aware I had to apply acid and charge the battery myself, so I brought it here and they took care of it for me at no charge.

Great Batteries, I went into this location to have a new battery installed, but when they changed the battery they could not start the car. The car alarm system was disabled and they did not know how to fix the problem. I had to have the car Towed to my mechanics. The San Gabriel Servicecenter. Gabby and Tony great mechanics fixed it with no problems, to be fair, they were familiar with My Ford.

? Update as of July 08, 2024. Today I had A New Battery Installed in my 1996 Toyota Previa Van. The Manager Remembered the problem I had on My Last Visit with My Ford and felt bad about that Situation, that was around 2 years ago, He waved the Labor Charge on the instalation. He even Remembered My Last Name. I couldn't Belive it. I Highly Recommend Interstate Batteries and the Ssn Gabriel Facility. ?
