WARNING!!! I must express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service I received from iRestore iPhone Repair. As a business professional, I expect a certain level of integrity, competence, and customer care when engaging with service providers. Unfortunately, my experience with this establishment fell drastically short of these basic expectations.
I strongly advise against utilizing the services of iRestore iPhone Repair under any circumstances. The level of unprofessionalism and deceit I encountered was truly alarming.
Last year, I required a new glass and battery for my device. The proprietor made unsubstantiated claims about the poor quality of work done by other repair services especially "SC Mobile Repair", positioning himself as a superior alternative. However, his actions proved otherwise.
Despite my repeated requests, I never received a service repair receipt, which is a basic business practice and customer right. The owner's claim of providing a one-year warranty on his repairs proved to be false when the battery he installed exploded after only 6-7 months.
When I attempted to address this issue, I was met with evasion, lies, and ultimately, a refusal of service. The owner reneged on his guarantee, citing arbitrary conditions that were never disclosed at the time of service.
The parts used in the repair were clearly substandard, and the workmanship was far below acceptable standards. This level of incompetence and dishonesty is unacceptable in any business, let alone one dealing with expensive personal devices.
I urge all potential customers to avoid this establishment. The risk of receiving poor service, substandard parts, and dealing with unethical business practices is simply too high. The owner's immaturity and lack of business acumen make this a hazardous choice for anyone seeking reliable phone repair services.
