I followed Ivan for apx 1-2 years after watching his work before I hit the switch to send my 2017 C7 Z06 to him during May/2023 to complete his modification and custom design build which included the widebody, rear wing, carbon fiber hood, steering wheel, shifter, tires/wheels, interior and exterior reflective carbon fiber, air lift system and custom Kandy blue paint job. And, there were some other things that were added as well as we went along.
I wanted to do this because as I prepared for local shows I wanted my C7 to look like no other. My requests, style and goals were very similiar to Ivan's, to make my vehicle look clean with the best quality products, some added sexiness with a simple bad-ass flare which he did accomplish. Ivan was always in full control and I had no problem with him at the helm with his choices and recommendations.
And, recently, this Nov./2024 I had the privilege and honor of being invited and having my Vette in the 2024 SEMA show in Las Vegas which was quite the experience for my family and I. During the show everyone just loved the car which received loads of compliments. The car looked great!!
When I finally saw the finished product it exceeded my expectations. I couldn't of dreamt for it to have been any better. I was truly caught up with lots of excitement and emotions to say the least.
I can now say that the wait was well worth it and we couldn't be any more pleased with the time, care, effort, skill and workmanship that Ivan put into this vehicle. Also, this was just after Covid and during a volatile economy. However, we all got through it with patience, hard work and determination.
Ivan's wife, Melissa was a joy to work with as well as she helped with the process.
It is with great appreciation and satisfaction that I truly can't thank you both enough for putting together such a masterpiece that met our needs. I feel we became friends and I look forward to seeing you both in the near future!

Ivan Tampi Customs is a SCAM!!! I bought my $4,300.00 carbon fiber XlK hood for a C7 Z06 with red reflection on April 22 and it is now Sep 17 and they have still not delivered my hood. I've been asking when the hood would be shipped for 3 months now and they kept giving me the run around. Most times they would give an answer like, "it will be finished in a week or two," bahaha thats even If I could get a hold of them!! It would somtime go a weeks without any response at all from them!! On there site, it says they have a 30% return policy which mean, if you do get your money back, you will get 70% and they keep 30%, so now, they have your part made, that way, they can sell it to someone else plus keep 30% of the previous customers money!! The place is an organized family owned scam!! Melissa is Ivan's Tampi's wife who takes calls and order and I believe there son helps Ivan make these parts. These people are nice and inviting to talk to but they only want your order so they can sucker another victim into giving them money and them not giving the product! I asked yesterday before reporting the fraud case to get an update and they said they were going to stop making my hood, so basically i paid $4,300.00 to them that they have no intention on either giving it back or finishing my hood! If anyone does fall victim of this scam company do what I did yesterday, first, go straight to your bank and file a fraud case against Ivan Tampi and if that doesn't work then take the issue to small claims. Either way, I don't plan on stopping until I get 💯 reimbursed and that's what anyone should do if they fall victim. When you see companies that don't offer PayPal such as them when i bought my hood, that is a red flag as well!

This is an awesome company with over 20 years of providing great customer service. I've ordered numerous parts from them and I've never had a single problem. They've always communicated to me exactly when I should expect shipment of my parts.

Probably the most impressive aspect of their company is Ivan's availability to explain every detail of what you are buying and his willingness to assist you with parts that weren't even purchased from him. Most company owners won't even entertain assisting with another company's parts. I just mentioned trouble I was having installing another company's part & he volunteered to assist me over the phone. Additionally, he's spent several hours helping me install his parts during his normal business hours and after hours.

And the workmanship & quality of the parts is second to none. All carbon fiber is definitely not the same. The clear coating process they use is quite impressive and really makes the carbon fiber gleam. Looking forward to more of their creative designs and customer friendly business practices.

Ivan Tampi customs takes your vette beyond what you could ever imagine. Ivan doesn't just sell you quality custom USA OEM parts, he builds them by hand himself. His carbon fiber is 100% real and of the utmost unique amazing craftsmanship throughout the entire US, I promise you this. If you're like me you don't like buying the same items over and over again, wasting your hard earned money because you bought some cheap knock- offs that look like real carbon fiber parts,however won't even last you 6 months. Won't happen here, get it right the first time!! Ivan and his wife Melissa are Military friendly and family oriented. Ivan well help you install your items purchased from him, by way of video, facetime or with just talking with him over the phone. How do I know this because he did this for me. If you're mechanically challenged and rather Ivan do the installations for you, not to worry. Ivan can help with making arrangements with having your vehicle shipped to him. Ivan will always take your calls for any questions you have of him, including the right tools recommended on how to remove your original parts to enable you to install your new Ivan Tampi custom carbon fiber items. Ivan will never leave you hanging, before you become frustrated with do-it yourself installs, call Ivan he'll stay on the phone with you until you ensure him you feel comfortable finishing up installed. (mind you he doesn't blow you off after you paid your items in full) you'll never feel any pressure to buy any of Ivan's cutomized products, why should he, the products are so incredible they sell themselves!! Ivan I hadn't had the pleasure to meet you in person during any of my many carbon fiber upgrades to my C7 Vette. Yet because of your amazing 100% accurate videos that you post on YouTube, i'm able to follow step by step and complete my installs as if you're right here in my garage with me even though we're both in two completely different states. Make no mistake if you think once your parts arrive you'll just unbox them like123, not happening, not here. Ivan even takes pride when it comes to shipping your items, he wants to ensure quality control continues even after they leave his shop. The packaging is 10x better than amazon or your local retailer. Looking for some cheap gorilla 3M stick-on tape parts, well don't waste your time with Ivan, sorry this won't be the place for you.. Ivan's products are made to compliment your vette to the highest state of quality , others well look at your vette with amazement, why because you're no longer just someone with a beautiful vette anymore. You now have a vette that stand next to no other, you'll turn heads every time you take your vette out the garage, trust me I love all the attention I always receive. All parts bolts to vehicle with all mounting hardware included. Trust me I live in the hotest part of Texas where we reach Temps over 110 degrees for over 41 days straight, yet all my carbon fiber products still hold their beautiful and amazing finish with no fades, cracks ETC. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the unacceptable delay regarding my custom parts order placed in March. It is now September—six months later—and I have yet to receive the parts that were promised. This delay has caused me to miss the opportunity to enter my vehicle into Autorama, which was a key reason for making the purchase.

I have also noticed concerning behavior online regarding how Ivan, the owner, responds to customers who raise valid complaints or disagree with business practices. Rather than addressing the issues responsibly, he has publicly degraded customers. I would like to avoid such a negative experience and hope that we can resolve this matter amicably and professionally.

Having a stated timeline of 6-8 weeks on your website, only to later be told verbally that these timelines do not apply, is misleading at best. Your company has been paid in full, yet I am still without the merchandise. What’s even more troubling is the lack of consistent updates on the progress of my order. Instead of addressing these delays, it seems the preference is to debate the semantics of timelines. The bottom line is that waiting 4, 5, or 6 months is entirely unacceptable.

Had I been informed upfront of the potential for such extensive delays, I would have taken my business elsewhere, and as things stand, I have no intention of becoming a returning customer.

This is my second attempt to resolve this issue. I have made every effort to communicate appropriately, and now I expect a resolution. Please advise on the next steps to either expedite the delivery of my parts or present another option to resolve this situation to avoid escalation.

I am writing to address the unacceptable delays and lack of communication regarding my order, initially placed in March 2024. After months of silence, I received the winglets in October, but as of November 2024, I am still waiting for the canards—eight months later.

It is troubling that I only received updates after repeated attempts to reach out, and I find it unreasonable to attribute these delays to factors such as factory shutdowns without proactive communication on your end. I should not be the one to constantly inquire about my order’s status; clear and timely updates are your responsibility as a business.

Furthermore, I am not alone in this experience. I have noted numerous complaints from other customers who have also paid in full and encountered excessive delays without receiving their products. The pattern of poor reviews consistently highlights a failure to deliver paid-in-full items on time. Rather than focusing on resolving these issues, your company appears to prioritize debating dissatisfied customers, which is unprofessional and unproductive.

My request is simple: I expect to receive the product I paid for without further delay or excuses. This interaction has already gone on far too long, and I look forward to closing this matter once my order is fulfilled.

A prompt and concrete response with a guaranteed delivery date is expected.
