I had a shipping issue (with UPS, not with IWA) and reached out to IWA for help. I spoke with Marty in Customer Support and he was fantastic. He understood the issue, helped come up with options, contacted UPS directly, and kept me in the loop at every step. He even called back to confirm when the package finally safely reached its destination. At a time when so much of Customer Support is automated or filled with reps who just repeat the rules, it was refreshing to work with someone who cared and did real troubleshooting. Thanks. I recently discovered this great store and have made two orders. I did speak with customer service because I was hoping to get my order before Christmas. Both people I spoke to couldn't of been nicer, were so friendly and had great people skills. Their "can do" attitude made the experience memorable. As far as the items I ordered, (Christmas Tree cheese board and Wine Bottle Holiday Lights) I was very pleased and delighted! High quality and very well made.
