My initial inquiry for more information was very simple and smooth. I am still pursuing answers about the tax increase soon to take effect, and I look forward to getting clarification when the supervisor returns my initial request for callback.

there was no line. came here to just get tax receipts. last time i was here they said if u want to do individual tax assessment u have to go to truman courthouse.

Tagged along with my son as he got old points on his driver's record expunged to allow advancement at his job!

Tried to renew my tags, I was informed that a car I have been renewing for the past 3 years was not registered. I did everything that I was supposed to do and know I'm expected to pay for their mistake.

Super easy experience once I got through the line. Definitely recommend texting the number to save your spot in line before you even leave your house. You'll be able to request more time if you think you'll be late.

The staff was very unprofessional and unfriendly assessor had an entire personal phone call conversation before attending to me while I was sitting right in her face in a chair positioned directly in front of her. You can imagine my dismay after a 3 1/2-hour wait. I was there the previous day (because they only take so many in a day, I had to return for the 3rd time), and the front desk girl also scrolled on her phone for about 5 minutes before looking up to address people standing in the room. Nor did she inform anyone there they could get in line via phone number or app. Just not resourceful or helpful in the least.

I was NOT looking forward to calling based on the other reviews here... I'm not sure if I got lucky or what, but I got someone on the phone VERY fast after calling (even with a 'higher than usual call volume' warning)… The person I was connected with was pretty patient with my questioning, and was able to help me get exactly what I needed; all in all I was on the phone for a little longer than 5 minutes and was emailed the form I needed. This review says nothing about going into the office, but my one experience with calling them was a good one.

I went into this location to get a Statement of Non-Assessment and I must say it was a pretty pleasant experience. The wait (there were 3 people ahead of me) was longer than the actual transaction, as Mary (the person I worked with) was very professional and got everything squared away in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend going to this location to get things done (though I advise getting there before noon because by the time 12 PM rolled around at least 10 more people showed up).
