I stopped in at Jerome’s Sleep store and had a great experience. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and really listened to my needs. He helped me select the perfect mattress. I came back here a second time for my second daughters mattress and per usual I had amazing service. Rammy is awesome he has helped me both times. I ask tons of questions and he graciously answers. The other guy that works there was also so helpful on the phone. I love the mattresses and quality so far and their customer service in this particular store is fantastic. Sales staff are truly professional, very knowledgeable and no pressure. I went in looking for an inexpensive mattress and walked out with a $3500.00 deal. Staff did a great job educating me. Best Service - I worked with Rammy day before xmas eve and the service was great at the store and on the phone - we decided we wanted to remove box spring off the order the day before delivery and add the adjustable base with the mattress that would be coming, I texted him and we were able to change it - great service - when at the store I tried out several beds - I needed a good mattress for the guest room for my mom before her upcoming surgery, then I was checking out other mattresses for myself, I found one I liked - so maybe in a year I can get a new mattress for me - quite impressed with quality of Jerome's mattresses and love that they are AMERICAN MADE - ! Thank you !
