JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I asked for assistance was blown off by Lindsay. Then I waited in line for assistance and a fabric was marked clearance that I had and they told me it never goes on sale it’s a flat fabric. There was a clearance sign in front of the fabric so I went to get help. Lindsay kept speaking loudly almost yelling at me for asking for assistance. It was ridiculous. I took her back to the fabric showed her the clearance sign and she said that was from earlier in the week. I asked her to quit yelling at me and she said she sometimes has to talk loud because people can’t hear, I said I can hear fine. She kept yelling not assisting and two female shoppers walked by and looked at her and said I’d fire you to Lindsay. Lindsay continued to talk loud and not help me. Lindsay said we are very busy right now when no one else was asking for help, and then I said I’m good please quit yelling at me and walked away! Worst guest service I’ve ever experienced.

I have been to a few Joann's in my area. This is the best I have ever visited. It is CLEAN, everything is put away and where it's suppoed to be on the shelves. I didn't step over a single box or regret sitting at the pattern book table. It was an absolute pleasure to shop here. Thank you!!!

Smiling and ready to help you employees, the service here is GREAT! I held back a star because the aisles are narrow and there is a row of merchandise right down the middle of the main store aisle that leads from the front to the back. So if that doesn't bother you, you may find it to be a 5 star site. But it is kind of hard to move down the aisle without bumping into a stack of merchandise. Oh, and i thought it was a little dusty, but all in all, this is a great place to shop and receive caring service.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Coupons policy have changes but most of the stuff is usually always on sale. Keep in mind this is a smaller store so they do not carry as much as other Joann's stores.

I find myself in need of something or other to keep myself busy. From anything sewing or crocheting to candles, soap, jewelry, resin, wood, fabrics and everything in between. The only issue I had at their opening was their not so great coverage of all things drawing, sketching, etc. But they've actually taken to putting together a pretty decent assortment of the necessary essentials in the last year or so. If art or craft supplies are what you need, the prices, deals and discounts are waiting for you here.

Very nice employees. Found what we came for. Prices are pretty high though. Wanted to find material that had feather patterns but after looking at EVERY piece of material there DIDN'T find any? Hopefully they'll get some in. Definitely many patterns to choose from if your looking for any other kind.

Horrible customer service every time I go into the store. The employees are obviously miserable. Save yourself time and money by ordering online. They will not price match what’s available online, so don’t bother asking.

Shopped today for Silk Flowers and was pleased they were on sale. Ended up buying some artificial succulents in a cut little planter... on sale too! When I entered the front door there were coconut planter inserts... yep... on sale too!! The best part of my little shopping spree was CHRIS, who was working the front counter. I had a little problem with the Silk Flower I was purchasing and he immediately remedied the issue!! It was a very nice shopping experience... and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
