I my 72 years on the earth, I never thought I would be complimenting a tax assessors office. I had the pleasure of experiencing no lines, very pleasant and helpful clerks that even took time to welcome us to our new home. Upon leaving, I had a dead battery. The lady’s in the office rushed around finding battery cables while some of the assessors brought a vehicle around to help. No luck. Battery was bad. If that wasn’t enough of an effort, the employees made several calls on our behalf. Batteries were delivered but no one in town seemed to be able to come by to install the battery. I didn’t have any tools with me. The guys rounded up tools and took two hours in the baking sun to switch the batteries from our custom classic that is very hard to work on. Dirty, drenched in sweat and battery acid, the three guys were happy to see the car start and wished us well. We tried to give them money for their efforts. We said they should all go have a steak on us. As polite as I have seen, they all declined and said it was their pleasure. Thank you to all.

There was absolutely no point in paying the fast track fee to have my title delivered within the time frame they claimed it would take- THREE DAYS is what the fast track fee should’ve taken due to that’s what I paid for. Yet, here I am WEEKS later still waiting on my title with no response/reason as to why, and where my title is other than them saying “it was cut today” after it was already A WEEK PAST DUE! A WEEK WHEN I PAID FOR IT TO TAKE THREE DAYS- NO TITLE STILL!
