Really rude staff nearly every time I’ve gone in. One time I purchased a pair of Uggs through an online pick up in store order and the older white blonde lady who appeared to be the manager complained that since I placed it through online they didn’t get any commission. Came off extremity rude and unprofessional . In addition, I had just gone in today to try and return a pair of shoes that didn’t fit correctly. I had worn them once and was unaware of the full exchange policy since online I just saw that I had a year to return them with a receipt and in the original box. Rather than kindly letting me know about the policy the same older lady was rude and said they were worn and they wouldn’t take them. I expressed that I didn’t see that policy online and before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and told me I was wrong and that it was online. i understand having certain policies but I feel like you could be a bit kinder explaining that given that I was simply unaware of the policy. They didn’t offer any additional help or suggestions and just stood there looking at me so I left and the only person who said anything was another male sales associate saying goodbye.

They have a very extensive selection of shoes. The customer service is absolutely incredible. Jorden knew exactly what my daughter needed before we even asked. A mother’s fairy godmother. Great experience.

Made a return on Some popular Uggs that’s had a scuff, & The Older Caucasian lady had to rudely give her opinion on me returning them, yes someone else will buy them and that will be their problem when the wear will make it worse. If I ever return to this location, she will not be earning any daily quota from me.

Kasey at the Journey’s is the nicest and most helpful person, she will call around if need be to find the right shoe/product you’re looking for. If she isn’t there any of her employees are just as helpful as she is. The service here is honestly the best and they’re always nice and helpful 10/10 would recommend buying your shoes here.

Great customer service. I went in to exchange some shoes that I ordered online, they checked and didn't have the next size up, but the clerk said he could order them online for me. Wisely, he suggested that I try a similar pair on for size, I actually needed to go up two sizes. I returned the shoes, he ordered the new ones and in less than a week I have them at home.

Amazing store amazing customer service i had a mix up about the shoe size for my husband and withought question they took them in the back and helped me fix the size and even gave my kids stickers to keep them happy while I waited the short 2 minutes it took them to help! They're an awsome store with good customer service. They work very efficiently! Thanks guys, made my exchange experience so much better than any store I've been to.

I have worn almost nothing but Old School Dr Martens boots for close to 20 years. I used to buy them online to save a few bucks. I can usually get 2 years out of a pair. I found that Journey's in the Promenade mall in Temecula carried Docs, and they weren't that more expensive than I could find them online, so a couple of years I bought a pair from Journey's.

Well, I wore them to death, so after two years it was time for a replacement pair. I decided to buy my next pair from Journey's as well. This time, the sole of the boots started to separate a couple of months after I bought them. I researched online to see if I could send them back to Dr. Martens as every pair I have bought over the years have lasted me a good 2+ years All I could really find was that I should take them back to where I bought them.

I was hesitant as I didn't have my receipt so I kind of procrastinated another couple of months (all while wearing them with the soles separating and feeling a "squish" in my walk). Finally, just on a whim, I was at the mall and went into Journey's just to see. To my surprise they were SUPER about exchanging them. They said that they have never seen Docs do that before and of course they would take them back (even 4-5 months later). Try that at the Vans store!

Their customer service is great. Super friendly - unassuming - great customer service! Not 5 but 10 Stars in my book!
