Julez helped me design the perfect engagement ring for my Fiance. When I contacted her to start the process, she was so nice and immediately made me feel at ease. As you can imagine, I was pretty nervous to take the big step. When we had our first appointment to start the design process, I came in dusty and dirty from a long shift at work, and she didn't care. She instantly made me feel like I was meeting with an old friend. When I showed her the type of ring my fiance was wanting, she took the initial design and really added a personal touch to it. In the end we designed a ring I had never seen before. The process was easy and stress free. What I appreciated the most was that she made the whole process fun and personal. I enjoyed our time together and felt comfortable reaching out through out the process. She was able to design and make the ring well within my desired budget and timeline, which was about two months. My fiance loves her ring and gets compliments everywhere we go. We plan on returning to Julez for our wedding bands, and highly recommend her to everyone.
