Sachiko-San was great!! She helped us with the Japanese Coming of Age ceremony, Seijinshiki, for my daughter. She helped dress her just beautifully and is so talented making the obi gorgeous! She is very organized and a perfectionist. She also has people to help with hair and makeup and they were awesome too. I would highly recommend using her services!!

Sachiko-san did a wonderful job from email communication, consultation, to dressing. It's a challenge, I realize, to dress a plus size lady in kimono. But even with a too small kimono, she did a beautiful job and made me feel like a princess! I was upfront with my hips circumference, and she was honest about what she had to work with. She showed me photos ahead of time and together, we made one of my dreams come true. 🩷

Sachiko is amazing !!!
My husband had kimono rental for our wedding and the outfit was beautiful. When our baby turned 100 days, we went to her again for the outfit. Of course, the outfits were beautiful. But I think what makes Sachiko different from others is her personality and how much she loves what she does. She will definitely be the first that we go to whenever we want to rental kimono !!!

I needed a kimono for Seijinshiki and Sachiko had some amazing options available! I had fun trying them on and picking out all the different pieces to accompany the kimono. Initially, I wasn't entirely sure what look I wanted, so I appreciated having Sachiko's suggestions. I loved the look we were able to put together and it made the coming-of-age ceremony really special. To add, Sachiko always had a cheerful personality. She was also very communicative and easy to reach!

I had the wonderful opportunity of renting a kimono for my coming-of-age ceremony (成人式) from Kachou-kimono, and it was definitely one of the most memorable experiences I have ever had, which I will cherish forever! I have always wanted to participate in this tradition ever since I saw photos of my mother when she was in her 20s, and as a dedication to that, I wanted to recreate a similar look. Sachiko-san helped me so much in replicating what I desired by adding similar colors and hair accessories to my mother’s photos. Because of her very energetic and cheerful personality, I truly felt like a little girl playing "dress-up" again while picking out everything.

At the end of the day, although I went in for a kimono rental experience, the best part of it all was the beautiful interaction I had with Sachiko-san herself. She truly felt like a second mother to me, and it was definitely one of those rare occasions where you instantly click with someone you had just met. If you are planning on renting from her, I would 100% guarantee you will experience so much more than just renting a kimono!!
