Karen and her husband Joselito are so knowledgeable, professional, patient and sweet! My husband and I have been shopping for rackets for quite a while now, and finally were able to find them at this hidden little gem of a store! They have the best prices and a great selection of the top of the line rackets and strings and they were able to advise us on the ones best for us.. Joselito even gave us some swinging tips since we are still beginners. Definitely the best customer service at a tennis store that we have experienced in the LA area!
