I needed to have my Rolex Date-just watch time and date set. I took my watch in to ask if they would be able to do it for me. They set it for me quickly and were very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff at Karkazian is the best. This is my go-to store. Definitely a 5 star store for all of your jewelry needs. Again amazing service and very helpful. They did an amazing job on my resizing and even did extra work on my wedding set to make sure it fit correctly. They were fast, and communicated with us through the whole process. Prices were also great! I wouldn’t take my jewelry anywhere else now.

Highly recommend. This place is amazing. Extremely friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable. I came here for my engagement ring. They were able to take another ring I was not happy with and they tuned it into a beautiful piece I was proud to propose to my fiancé with. I was able to create her dream style ring and they helped me step by step. She absolutely loved it. I am returning very soon to them for the wedding band.

Kevin helped me restore my original wedding ring after another jeweler had designed it in a style that was not symmetrical and then refused to change it back. No other jeweler would take on the project but from just a photo, Kevin restored it back almost exactly like the original! I couldn’t believe it when he presented his work and I wear it everyday now. Talent like that is rare! I recommend this jewelry business for anyone looking at quality work at a reasonable price.
