Customer service was proper! They had the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend! We had been to 3 other jewelers and this place and ring was by far the best. Kat had great customer service and was able to get me approved for a large enough credit limit to finance the ring ? Much appreciated. Workers had great attitudes and were very helpful!!

What impressed me the most was the entire staff's kindness and friendliness. Throughout my visit, I never felt pressured or compelled to make a purchase. Lin understood my hesitation and acknowledged that I intended to explore other options. She simply presented the product and patiently answered all of my questions. I had quite a few, given my initial hesitance.

Despite my intentions to shop around, I ended up purchasing something slightly above my intended budget. However, I was satisfied with my decision because Kay Jewelers offered various finance options that made it more manageable. I truly believe that my mother will appreciate the birthday gift I selected.

I've seen bad reviews regarding Kay's customer service. I had to see for myself and when I tell you the reviews can't be real. I had the best experience ever working with Kay's in Livermore, ca.
