Kim’s Phone Repair is the ultimate one-stop shop for all your phone repair needs! I brought in my iPhone 13 in rough shape, and it came back looking like brand new, straight from the factory. The service is top-notch, I highly recommend them—won’t be going anywhere else from now on!

I’ve been to place multiple times
They always fix the phone same day but the past 2 times I’ve notice they use very VERY cheap replacement parts. I wouldn’t be upset if they were cheap but they over charge. I won’t ever come here again and neither should you. They wouldn’t even replace a cheap part that they installed and broke after 1 day

I recently had an excellent experience at this store. I went in asking for a phone repair. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the problem with my phone in a way I could easily understand. They provided a transparent quote and told me the repair process, which I really appreciated.

I took my phone in for a cracked screen and it got replaced with "OEM" display. The screen worked fine and then noticed my speaker sounded like it was blown. I reached out and they "Fixed it" and it was the same. They had to "Order" the speaker because it was not compatible with the new screen even though it was "OEM". They said to reach out to them in a few days im not why I should be the one reaching. A few weeks pass now my sim card or charging plug on phone does not work. I wouldn't go to them or if you decide be sure to thoroughly check your phone before handing it to them even before you take home. I went to them in the first because I didn't want to wait a couple weeks for insurance but ended up going through them either way and wasted $350 or so for repair.

I went in today thinking I needed a new charge port on my iPhone. I was ready to spend over $100. He looked at my phone & simply cleaned the charge port (I tried cleaning it myself but the problem persisted). He could have taken advantage of me & charged me money but he was honest & since he simply cleaned the charge port, he refused to charge me.

Went and they wanted $185 to replace my Samsung A53 screen. A brand new phone would be little over $300 and something. That's crazy to me. Not to mention I would have had to wait because he didn't have it in stock... So it wouldn't have even been convenient.
