I don’t think I have ever gotten the customer service I received today at Kroger. Today my mother and I were walking into the store and the worker Tristan greeted me and my mother while gathering baskets. As we walked closer he then asks if we would like the basket he just retrieved. It may not seem like a big deal but it is sometimes the simplest things that make an experience great. Good job Tristan.

I've never had a Thanksgiving shopping experience quite like this. I mean absolutely phenomenal. It felt like pre 2020!

All the lanes were open. Staff were in the aisles asking what help was needed. Shelves were being stocked!

Despite it being incredibly packed, I felt so sure that I was going to get the best customer service. And the entire staff delivered! 5 freaking stars!!!

I should not have to bag my groceries. I spent 200 to 400 darn near weekly. And when I am in line there is someone bagging groceries but mysteriously when I get to mine they jave to go somewhere. The prices continue to go up and I still have to bag my own groceries. And this time the clerk didn't even wait for me to finish loading my things into bags and she started send the next person's things down 5he line.

Placed an order for my birthday cake two weeks ahead of time. Gave them my number and email. It’s the day of and they don’t have it. They told my husband the baker was out for the week and gave a sarcastic “sorry”, they were incredibly rude about the situation and said “well the automated system should’ve emailed you but whatever”. I will never buy another thing from this store. They ruined my birthday.

Decent store. Nice employees. The store has a good variety of item that some other store don't carry. I had an issue with the register checking out. I was helped within a few seconds.

I did a store pickup order this evening and I am missing several items from my order. I have shopped Kroger pickup numerous times but this is my first time selecting Hinesville as the store of choice. I will never do pickup here again! Such an inconvenience!

This is definitely an old store, but I will say for it's age they keep it clean. Overall it feels cramped (I know there isn't much they can do about that) the layout is quite confusing until you shop there a few times; the flow just seems really off. Also, the store seems to be run on a skeleton crew, especially the front end. I have only ever seen two registers open at once (plus the self checkout that is always backed up). I love Kroger and I keep going, but hopefully one day, Hinesville gets a new one.
