I had a very specific vision in mind going into it, and La Masters was able to make a perfect custom ring. During the process, they made 3-D virtual renderings of the ring AND physically printed molds so I was 100% confident in the purchase before it was even made.

I had a fantastic experience at La Masters! I originally visited for a bracelet repair, but while I was there, I discovered their incredible jewelry collection. After losing my wedding set a few months ago, I decided to try on a few rings. Leah was so patient and helpful as I tried on multiple options, guiding me based on my style preferences. She was so personable and kind. She asked me great questions to help narrow down my likes and dislikes. Even though I wasn't planning to purchase that day, I returned later to pick up my bracelet, and Abby was equally patient, helping me try on even more rings and creating a list for me. When I finally got the green light from my husband, the purchase process was a breeze. The staff made me feel so comfortable, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience. Their customer service is truly top-notch, and their products are phenomenal. They are wonderful with communication. I had them bind the two bands together and they kept me updated on when it would be ready and when to pick it up. I'm absolutely in love with my new ring and will definitely return for all my future jewelry needs—both for repairs and shopping. Had a great experience the first time I went in to enlarge a ring and surprised that they couldn’t help me with my second ring. Took in a ring to have it enlarged and was told straight out it couldn’t be done. The nice lady didn’t even check with the repairman and told me they would have to make a replica, give me back the old ring and use the diamonds to place inside the new ring starting at 1500 dollars or more! Took it in somewhere else for a second opinion and they told it would be no problem sizing it up for a whoping 138.00😱😱😱. Completely shocked, made me feel they were only after my money.😞

Absolutely love that we have such an incredible family jeweler we can trust in our town!
