Super expensive--I said there was something probably a tiny rock in my phone's charging port, keeping the cable from going in completely. Two minutes later they had pulled dust from the charging port, and it was working again. That cost me $25, which seems excessive. I regret not asking the price ahead of time.

Julio is incredibly talented! He helped me twice...
1) My computer crashed due to my own over sight. I tried everything to restore it with no luck. I took it to Julio and he was able to reboot it and restore all my data!!!
2) I had spent 3 hours with Microsoft support. Three different techs couldn't fix my issue. I called Julio and he asked to remote in and fixed my issue in 2 minutes. Superstar!!! If you have an issue with your computer call Julio! You'll be glad you did!

Julio was there on Saturday morning at 11 am when no other computer store was open so I was very grateful because my work laptop had a key that stopped working and I forgot my mouse so I really needed help to get back to work. Julio was so sweet and had the mouse so I could work faster and fixed my keyboard quickly and without charge since I bought the mouse! He is a great guy and a local business we should all support. Julio and Melia--sorry if my spellings are wrong--both spent a lot of time helping. When others couldn't solve things, they would fix an issue fast without a problem. Because they also demonstrated honesty and integrity, I plan to follow them around wherever they might be--in regard to technical fixes, purchases, and such. Grateful for their services.

Spilled Gatorade on my MacBook Air and it stopped charging. I brought it into Lake Tahoe Computers and for just under $200 they took it apart, assessed the damage, cleaned out, changed out a post, and got it back working again - all in just a few hours! When I picked it up, they had taken pictures of the damage inside and what they fixed. I felt very well taken care of and the communication was great.
