This lamp plus is probably ran by the most UNPROFESSIONAL staff I have ever encountered! Starting off with the manager BAMBI, extremely rude when I called to ask for an update on an order that was supposed to be received three weeks ago! 2 PARTS, only 1 came in after waiting 3 weeks when they said it’d take 3-5 business days, I’ve called multiple times and all they can say is “ we will check on this order and call you back” I have yet to receive a call back after three phone calls. Manager BAMBI is extremely passive aggressive! If you don’t like your job of customer service, DON’T SHOW UP!

I have purchased lamps furniture accessories from this Lamps Plus forever.. dozens and dozens of visits. The customer service is always great, very attentive but low pressure. The prices are reasonable, they have really good sale prices, and the selection is the best. You would be a fool to shop any of the big box stores for lighting when you can get great convenient service for the same or lower prices. I highly recommend this store.. very plentiful convenient parking just come in from Hawthorne turn west on 190th and then immediate right into the lot. Happy shopping!

It had been a few years since we went to Lamps Plus. We couldn't decide between 2 ceiling fans. The one that we chose, was the one that would be delivered faster. We were told in about 2-3 business days. We received the ceiling fan the next day!!! But most importantly, our Lighting Consultant, Ms. Shirley Johnson, (7796), was cheerful, pleasant, & professional. She also showed the utmost patience when my husband I kept changing our minds & took a long while, to narrow the ceiling fans down to 2; then eventually the one we bought. She is what customer service should be. Loved her!!!

I just left this store. For the last two years I wanted to see the inside. What a disappointment. Everything and I mean everything is over priced. Clearance items are over priced. Go to Home Depot, Ikea or Amazon instead.

And their customer service is horrible. I came in, the first sales girl who had a long ponytail, ignored me. Didn’t say hello. I pass another sales lady with bleach blond, over processed hair. Not one word to me as a customer.

As I was making my way out the door, to my right, was a salesman. He wears glasses and has short brown hair. He just watched me. Not a greeting or a can I help you.

Not until I’m two feet from leaving the front door, does this sales guy tell me to have a good day. Yeah right. He could have asked me if I found everything okay. He didn’t. The fool
Just watched me until I was about to leave.

These people don’t realize that there are too many places to go for lamps and furniture. And why the hell would I spend money at a place where I am not helped, just watched? This store sucks and I will NEVER go back.

As human beings, time is the most precious thing we have. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING HERE. This store, this business, these awful employees at this store, are not worth wasting your time on! Just YUCK!

We had a delightful experience buying several lamps here the other day. The staff is professional and courteous. The store is clean and well organized. The selection is vast (they have everything from garden lighting to high-end chandeliers) and the prices are reasonable. You can wander the store at leisure picking out your selections, with or without help at your request. One lamp that we wanted was out of stock, they shipped free from their warehouse and we had it the next day. The other ones we bought they carted to our car. Try Lamps Plus if you need any type of lighting - they have a better selection, higher-quality products and more helpful staff than the big-box or department stores.

I ordered a couple of parts on the phone earlier in the week. I was told they would arrive on Friday. After receiving a call that my order was in, I drove to the store. They handed me only one of my parts and if I hadn't said anything I would have left without the other part. However, after the lady looked it up, it's not coming for almost 2 months! There was no apology or explanation, just it's the way it is. The guy told me on the phone my items would be in Friday not 2 months later. I expected better customer service from this store.
