Everyone here is so sweet! AJ(I hope I’m remembering right) removed my nose ring that I haven’t been able to get out myself for years and was so quick and gentle. The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming! The shop is very clean and pretty, and the jewelry is gorgeous.

I saw the junior piercer Chris for an irritated piercing and to get different jewelry as my top came off my helix piercing. It was done at a previous shop and she was super nice! Not only did Chris do a great job but she was super nice and professional. The person working the counter was also super nice and very helpful with jewelry choice. I definitely recommend coming here for your piercing needs. They also accept cards jewelry can be quite pricey, so it’s best to keep in mind that you’re going to pay quite a bit for jewelry. But you’re getting some of the best quality jewelry here. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This shop is SOOOOO CLEAN all instruments are sterile and is so appreciated especially working in Healthcare. Im extremely impressed. I've been pierced by both, AJ and Airick. Both are fantastic. AJ pierces sitting up and Airick pierces laying down if you have a preference. I've also been downsized by The 2 piercers and Chris. Everyone in the front is so friendly and chill. Absolutely killer shop with an awesome team.

I got my belly button piercing done about a week ago from a different piercer in some sketchy tattoo studio. The screw in part of my piercing fell out yesterday and I have no idea where it went. I came in right when they opened and was met with such care. They inspected the piercing and made sure I found new jewelry that was the correct size and color I wanted. They were very sanitary and the piercer was super welcoming and nice. They took their time and told me what the proper after care was. Would for SURE come here again for more jewelry or a new piercing. Literally AMAZING!!

I went here Sunday noon just wanted to get my nose piercing checked out because it wasn’t healing well (got it pierced during a vacation across the country). The girl in front was very friendly and nice. She’s also given me advices and what to do to lessen the bump. The piercer decided to change my piercing because it was too tight, and it definitely feels more comfortable now and is easier to clean. I didn’t get their names, but there was only two of them on Sunday 9/22. So nice and accommodating, even gave me a pack of sea salt with care instructions. Will go back! <33 -it’s a first come first serve basis as well, dont be mad if you have to wait for a few mins

Great staff and great selection. Very professional and do a fantastic job. Minus one star though because it's sometimes impossible to get ahold of anyone. Sent them a message 2 weeks ago and never heard back. Tried calling them several times to get a, 'they haven't set up their mailbox' message immediately. Have been unsuccessful in actually speaking to someone for 2 weeks.

Had the most wonderful and helpful experience here nerding out about jewellery with the absolutely wonderful staff whose names I entirely forgot to ask. They were beyond accommodating to me wandering in circles and asking all sorts of niche questions for a loooong time. I walked away with purchases I had been dreaming about and I am beyond elated I managed to visit this shop in my travels. If I could give them ten stars I would.
