I placed an order with LEER for a camper shell door back in October 2023, and here we are in November 2024—over a year later—and I still haven’t received the complete door. The customer service has been almost non-existent. LEER has sent just a door frame, not the full door, more than five times now, but they haven’t addressed the actual issue. They keep blaming their new manufacturing facility in Mexico, but there seems to be no oversight or quality control. The quality has gone downhill, and it's clear that LEER no longer prioritizes customer satisfaction or product reliability. I would think twice before purchasing from them if you're looking for a company that stands behind its products and delivers as promised.

Ordered a Leer window for my shell on March 8, 2031. It is July 2 today and still no window. Totally unacceptable. Excuse after excuse for the delay. I was finally told it was made and ready to be delivered two weeks ago. Today they said they lost it ?
