This is the store you buy the tickets to take the Queen boat tour at in Lake Arrowhead. It is located right off the docks in the lower village.

It also has a huge selection of clothes, hats, and all kinds of goodie. A must go to stop when in Lake Arrowhead. Take the boat tour too. It is fun and they will give you a little history lesson as well.

Still shocked at the rudeness of the blonde cashier. We went in to buy the ferry boat tickets and she looked at us the whole time with a “hurry up i want you out my life” face. We bought 4 and she handed us 3 and when we asked for the other one she throws it on the counter and turns around. I hope she finds peace one day and learns to treat others (especially paying customers) with a bit of decency.

Me and my boyfriend drove 3 hours for our trip to lake arrowhead. We wanted to buy ferry boat tickets and unfortunately we could only get them at this store. Both the blonde and brunette cashier women don't wear masks. When we politely asked if they could put on masks so we could buy tickets they were cold and rude and stated they weren’t mandatory when they ARE by California law. We went to report them as well as the store.
