Stephanie is fantastic! I came in with a nail on my tire and she was able to get me right away, and that was especially helpful on my trip between California and Oregon. Mike ran out and pulled the screw out and made sure that there was no air leaking out of the tire.

The employees are pleasant, polite, and professional and keep the concept of customer service alive !! We respect the staff's ability to work under pressure w/ the steady customer flow every day. When it is 105 degrees it is incredible that they are able to continue doing what is a rough job even under the best of weather conditions! Hats off to such talented and tough employees!

I was stranded with a flat tire. I called my local Les Schwab and within 15 minutes I had a technician at my location. He put my spare on and met me at the local store, the guys fixed my flat, secured my spare tire and rotated my tires. I’m a single income, single mother of three. I work very hard to support myself and my children. When my tire was repaired I was called to the counter and was informed the entire service, including the field work and repair was free of charge! It brought tears to my eyes, I was so incredibly grateful! Thank you Les Schwab for spreading care and kindness in our community! Highly recommended and I will continue to return for services!

We made it to Les Schwab and Kyle and Ethan gave us great advice, made sure all four tires were torqued and had good pressure, and advised on our spare. I called a day in advanced to get two tires they said they could do it the next day no problem I showed up and they told me 1 hour they could take care of it and other people who didn't have appointments either were getting there cars way quicker and I even helped them with a Spanish speaking person it was a waste of time 2 hours they could of said they didn't have time and it would of been fine but nothing

Laziest tire shop i have ever talked to!! I Just called to set up an appointment to have tires mounted onto my wheels for my 2012 Cadillac CTS V and was flat out told by Chris who i assume is the owner "no we would rather not do that for you at any cost"! Considering they mounted and balanced my oversized 345-25-20 tires last year and had no problem taking my money plus a $100 tip, but now they're just going to tell me no even though i bought smaller 305-25-20 tires to make the install easier! Looks like I'll never do business with Les Schwab and ensure that all of my family and friends Follow My Lead. I don't know about anyone else, but I surely can't afford to turn away work but I guess at the astronomical prices they charge for tires and wheels they certainly can!
