David and his team were super friendly. They tested my water and took their time to explain how to balance my pool. It was very helpful to have them located so close. Prices were excellent om items i needed and staff knowledgeable. Plan on coming here for my pool needs.

David, the store manager, is very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I feel good going there and I could see the prices now are comparable with other stores. Such a great improvement and also in customer service.

Bad customer service. The store manager, Kirsten was rude and didn't care much for customer satisfaction. I interacted with her on 3 different occasions, her attitude was the same: Rude, brief in her response and wasn't eager to help. Sales rep was not customer service centric either. Neither sales rep nor store manager was friendly. I would not go back.

Wow, I used to hate going to this store. Kirsten and crew are the absolute best. Super helpful, friendly, and help you get what you need, not what they want to sell you. Nice to see great local service again.

Was treated rudely.... I was waiting to ask a question from a clerk. And she accused me of staring at her and to get somebody else to help. I didn't hear the whole sentence but I heard the staring at her. Again I thought It was very rude. I should also add I was born hard

of hearing and my eyes are my ears as well.

They can’t match their web prices and customer has to provide all details like bar code and coupon, even though on website the item is 30% cheaper. They really want this shop to be competitive

It's a 1 stop shop. They test your water for free then gives you the print out of what & how much to use to balance out your pool system. Yes I'm sure it's a bit more expensive then other places but at least all the chemicals are at 1 place. And the people there are a great help.
