Purchased bindings, came used. Customer service hung up on my first call. Emailed photos, they offered $20 off. Not worth it. They claimed new came right from factory. Watched unboxing videos, and the box was missing all the dividers. Decided to return for a full refund due to deceptive and rude practices.

I don’t know how it happened but I ordered 150 skis instead of 160 skis that I wanted. Talked to customer service who were helpful and gave me lots of options of how we could fix the issue. Decided to go to the Millcreek store to exchange them. Customer service called ahead to make sure they had some and saved them for me. When I got there the guy that helped me was soooo nice. He answered my bazillion questions educating me and was awesome. I really wish I knew his name. If the bosses read this he had chin/shoulder length hair likes to ski solitude and worked in the shop part. I’m getting back into skiing after a long hiatus and it is so nice that now I have a go to ski shop. Thanks to everyone! You rocked it!!!

In the past two years, I have brought 3 skis here for mounting and 2 out of 3 times I had issues. I didn’t complain the first time because I understand mistakes happen but 2 out of 3 is inexcusable for such a simple service.

The first ski I had an issue with, I instructed to be mounted dead center and they ended up mounting ahead of center. The second ski, the bindings on both skis are shifted to the right which means the jig was incorrectly placed before drilling the holes. The lack of attention to detail for a simple binding mount is very disappointing. I continued giving them my business despite the mistakes but this is the last time, especially with how expensive skis are now.

I had a Salomon boot warranty issue and needed my boots replaced. The process got a little complicated but manager Kenzie worked it all out for me and made sure I received comparable boots that fit me well. Miles did a great job with punching out the tight spots. He was incredibly patient, attentive and personable even when the shop was very busy. Whether you are younger, older, beginner or expert all the staff are super friendly and make “ski” shopping fun as it should be. I recommend you make an appointment for boots because it is a busy place. It’s just so nice to get good customer service!

What a great shop! I came in looking for some new gear for the winter season and Mickie helped me find everything I needed! She was so nice and kind and really knew what seemed like everything about the gear and the selection they had available. 10/10 customer service. Whenever I need to upgrade anything in my arsenal this will be my first (and probably last) stop.

I hate to give these guys a bad review, but they have failed me a few times. The final failure was loosing both my foot bed part of my snowboard binding and the forward lean. Basically this is the only shop that takes your snowboard bindings off to wax your board. They then lost my shit. I had to drive back to get the foot bed part but they never found my forward lean and refused to replace it. Now I can't find the part anywhere, I spent 400 on these bindings and can't use them. I really don't recommend doing business here. The staff is very nice and that's why I did not leave one star. No more me sending house guests to L9 to buy stuff or them getting business. The worst part was the guys in the back of the store made it clear they didn't it care.

Absolutely top notch. I had them fix a severe core shot to the base of my tele skis, a devastating gouge to the base of a new pair of skis caused by an early season encounter with a rock. These guys did such a good job I couldn’t even tell where the scratch was after they fixed it. I was completely astounded. My skis were new again!
What’s more, they cheerfully expedited the service per my request to fix them the same day such that I could ski the next morning. The service was quite reasonably priced and I picked up some decent poles for half what I’d have spent elsewhere. Level 9 Sports is now my go-to ski service and equipment shop.
