I hate to let the secret out, but BEST DAMN SKI/BOARD place on the planet! We have rented from L9 for as long as I can
remember taking our kids skiing. We are from Iowa and have purchased skis, rented skis and snow board and all the gear we own! Amazing staff! Cool vibe! Now I don't want to get turned away because everyone is going to go! Haha!

This place has been so great to me I won't go anywhere else or buy online. It's a welcoming environment, I lm pretty new to the sport, so not knowing all the details can be embarrassing when I'm trying to buy something, but they are so inviting.
On my last visit, I went in with a broken binding strap, thinking I would likely need new bindings. Tyler was able to fix them up with spare parts and was super nice while doing it. Again, great experience here.

Hannah is the best bootfitter I've worked with (and I've been to quite a few all over the country). She did an incredible job recommending boots for my unique case and meticulously crafted a pair of custom insoles. Super sweet and cute so was completely caught off guard by her level of knowledge in an industry dominated by men (usually cranky ones). Went out of her way to be straight up helpful!
