I wasn’t expecting to purchase a vehicle that day but as I drove by, a shiny red car caught my eye. I stopped in and Dave greeted me politely and I expressed to him my admiration for the car but that I wanted an SUV and it must be red. Dave took me to the 3rd floor and showed me an RX350H and, it was love at 1st site! The next day I came in with my husband and Dave patiently answered all our questions and I expressed my desire to purchase. Dave introduced us to Landon (finance) and Noah (sales manager) and again, we were treated with patience and professionalism. The deal was closed and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience at Lexus of Thousand Oaks.
Bonus: Dave scheduled me to meet with McKenzie and with impressive knowledge, she provided a 1:1 tutorial on “how to” use my new car, “Ruby”
Id like to express my deep appreciation to Dave, Noah, Landon, and McKenzie for making purchasing a new Lexus, a fantastic experience.

The car has an advanced safety features and a sleek design that turns heads wherever I go. The interior is luxurious and comfortable, with all the latest technology to make my driving experience even better. My experience with Lexus 1000 OAKS was AMAZING… What a Superb dealership !!! From the savvy Salesgirl “Kimberly” who kindly picked me up in the train Station to the tough but fair Closer Negotiator Manager “Junious” whose Experience & Demeanor really impressed me & most vital, the Finance Man “Landon” who was super patient explaining all the final numbers to me slowly… this Place Really Rocked for me 🤩
I was never pressured on anything and the Service was simply OUTSTANDING in ALL regards❣️

Brian was a pleasure to work with and excellent at his job. He made are car buying experience pleasant , easy and straight forward. The Dealership needs to work on making their advertising more accurate and when a customer asks for a copy of what was done/found during the servicing process to get their used vehicle ready for sale it should be available to the the purchaser of the vehicle!!!
Update: unfortunately the vehicle we purchased had mechanical issues we were unaware of prior to purchase and now are unable to get the dealership to correct them. The dealership expects me to pay for the repairs. Mind you the advertisement stated that the vehicle was in Excellent condition!! Also the service contract that they sold me doesn’t cover preexisting conditions!!

I bought my 2015 Ford Explorer from this dealership last year (2024)
It was a wonderful experience
The car itself was way beyond expectations…well priced and in excellent condition.
The service ….from the first inquiry call … all the way to driving away ….was EXCELLENT!
Both of the Nick’s and of course Jeremiah and everyone in between were helpful, polite, informative and patient. I had a great experience and highly recommend the dealership
