I had a great buying experience at Liberty. I was in the market for a new car for our growing family and originally drove by with my sister and sister in law “just to look” at the new Traverses. We met J.R. and he was very accommodating and let us test drive a Traverse. I have been to OTHER dealerships where salesmen wrote you off because you may not be in place to buy THAT DAY. I did not feel like this at all and J.R. did not pressure or aggressively try to sell. He gave me the information I wanted and a few weeks later because I had a good first experience, I brought my husband to check out the Traverse. And we found my new car! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and had been in the business for a long time. They were honest and I felt comfortable buying from them. Johnathan set us up with warranty and was great to work as well. The documentation process was not long at all and they filled up the tank and detailed my new car for me!! I recommend this dealership and think these are great family people to do business with.

The service team was able to get us in quickly to replace a tire on our 2025 Chevy Equinox. They had to order the tire but it came in the next day without delay. We use this location for our service needs and they’ve always been professional and transparent.

Terrible experience. Called about an issue that I have had before. Brought to dealership Tonya e looked at. Young lady at service was not friendly. Was told it was a recall issue it wasn’t. Paper work said it’s a known issue that hasn’t been fixed. I have been paying for OnStar which is effected by this nine so I have been paying for service that doesn’t work. The service manager heard me talking and said he would call and find out and get back to me/ that was last week. Never heard back. Young lady told me I needed to take this up with gym because they didn’t build the cars. Really!!! Funny thing is the owner of the dealership was listening to all this. I guess he could care less as well . Will never take my truck here again sorry Cody you did a great job. Will I recommend this dealership. Ha!!! Lost a customer and many more customers.

Cody Brown was my salesman and worked with me to get the best deal available. Professional and friendly. Jonathan did the finance work and was informative and easy to work with. No pushy sales tactics or unexpected price changes. Great dealership!! I thought I would need extra warranty but he made me aware that the truck still had warranty also thought I would need gap insurance but he made me aware that with the down payment and the the amount financed that the gap insurance would not be needed. The people at this dealership have morals!!!

I love working with Liberty Chevrolet service center. They are fast, efficient, and honest. They make getting service done on your car so easy. I highly recommend them. Nycole at the front desk is so incredible to work with. She absolutely goes the extra mile. Can’t say enough good things about her.
