Nice little spot. Especially for babies and kid items. Remindes me of Once Upon a Child in Savannah. Store Is well organized, and clean staff is always helpful. Definitely recommend this store for baby clothes, toys etc vs our local Goodwill. It's always good to support other small businesses as I understand how it is to run a small business in this town.

This is the perfect spot to shop for baby clothes, cribs, carriers, blankets, and so much more for your little one! The store is incredibly clean and spacious, making it a comfortable place to browse. They have a huge selection of items, including brand-new pieces at amazing prices.

One of the best parts is that they also buy gently worn baby clothes, so instead of throwing them away, you can sell them and help another family in need. This place is a must-visit for new moms who want great quality baby essentials without breaking the bank. If you haven’t been yet, you definitely need to check it out! Highly recommend!

The best customer service I have experienced in a LONG time! I came to Little Sprouts with two very large totes & my 1 year old daughter. I was unsure how to navigate getting everything inside without leaving my daughter in the car, so I went inside & asked for help. Michael (I believe the owner) grabbed a dolly, went outside to my car, and brought both totes inside the store without hesitation. When I came back to pick up my remaining items, Michael had both of my totes stacked & ready to go, & again, without hesitation, he carried them back to my car. He went above & beyond what was required of him, & relieved so much of the anxiety I had when I arrived. For that, I am so thankful!

As far as the process of resale, I had to put in little to no effort. I showed up with my items, signed my name, & came back for the remaining items. In addition, the offer I received for my items was very fair! Hands down, the greatest customer service Hinesville has to offer. I cannot brag enough about my experience!

This is a great place and it's veteran owned. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They have an area for children to play while caregivers shop. I reccomend visiting if you're looking for affordable baby and children's clothing, toys and baby gear.

I’ve never had a bad experience in this store with any of the owners. Been a frequent flyer in there. They always allow my daughter to play in the play area while I shop. One of the ladies, has even allowed me to try shoes on my kid before purchasing. Everyone is always so kind and professional. They do try to talk and get to know their customers, which I love. I hate that one bad experience floating on social media has put a target on them. Everyone is so quick to pass judgement. Such a great store that is needed in this town. Shop local and get your own experience if you never shopped here, before passing your own judgment on this place ♥️

ABSOLUTELY LOVE this store!!! It is locally and veteran owned and operated. I am not originally from here but having been to many in California, Washington, and even Once Upon a Child in Savannah and Twinkle Twinkle Little Shop in Richmond Hill. (where I do shop from time to time) This place is definitely worthy of a 5 star. Cleanliness is awesome, customer service from both owners is wonderful every time and pricing is very affordable. There is a wide variety of item diapers, diaper bags, baby carriers, activity centers, swings, bassinets, play pen…etc. They have both used and brand new items.

Brand new items: They are 20%-30% off of retail price. Which is great because honestly we would have to buy them retail when we need them anyways. And truly it is great to be able to buy it and leave with it instead of having to order and wait to receive it.

Cleanliness: The used items are clean and not stained maybe a few things that get missed since it is small and is ran on a day to day basis by one of the owners themselves. But if you show them they have absolutely no problem taking them off the rack. They are human and have the ability to miss things.

Customer service: They greet every one that walks in and out that door. I have personally experienced it. And heard them do it too others while I am shopping. Also they try to get to know their customers which I love!! I don’t feel like I am just money walking through the door but part of a community. They never trash anybody or any business even if they are competitor. They also try to help out people who are hurting I have been there when someone was in a real need. (Which I hate to hear when people take advantage of genuinely kind hearted people.)

Trades: I have traded at Once Upon a Child and here at little sprouts and I love both. You don’t get cash here but I always use my store credit it doesn’t make me upset that they don’t give cash.(I completely understand that they are a small business that just opened and that other places like once upon a child and twinkle twinkle little shop have been opened and established for years.)Of course they are similar in the fact that you can only bring 2 totes of boxes of washed and clean clothes with no stains and shoes. (Which they have a sign on the door letting people know on the rules. I also call in advance so I don’t feel like I wasted a trip in bringing things the don’t need or clothes sizes they aren’t accepting)I have seen them accept more when they can. They do accept bigger items as well.

Lastly I love that they created a play area for kids of all ages to play while you shop. My daughter loves this store and Mrs. Shelby one of the owners!! Thanks so much little sprouts for all that your do for our community. I love having a store I don’t have to drive 30-45minutes away! God bless you all!

Stopped in today because, despite the drama floating around, I believe everyone should use their own judgement. The owners were EXTREMELY kind and caring. The prices were very reasonable, and the inventory was great! When I’m ready to finally let go of some of my baby gear, this is absolutely where I will go!! I’m excited to become a regular customer!

Have shopped here multiple times and loved it, but i brought a huge bag of stuff to drop off, and they wouldn't take it because it wasn't in a box. I drove 45 mins to get here to bring my stuff, (alot of brand new things) and they wouldn't even look at it. It was all folded neatly, and shoes together. I understand if you have certain rules, but if we don't know those rules, why wouldn't you take the bag this time, and tell them next time to bring in a box. We're not mind readers, and it's just the decent thing to do for a returning customer. (I even offered to lay it all on the counter for him in piles.) I stood there 10 mins at the counter when i got there, with no one in sight, then when he finally did come out, He was rude and I will not return.
