Jason was a hero for me--and I threw him a curveball with video production equipment that needed an emergency quick repair. It was a video router with a broken circuit board. I had a good feeling about him and his place the moment I called. He had me up and running in less than 24 hours. He was kind, had excellent communication, and worked extra hard to repair the damaged board. The cost of the repair was also very reasonable. Very disappointed. I wanted a full diagnosis and battery repair. Unfortunately, it took way longer than Jason quoted me. There was a severe lack of communication, and I didn't received any updates until I made calls inquiring about my computers progress, despite Jason telling me he would call a specific day. Still , what really disappointed me the most is the fact that I have new exterior damage. The rubber stopper on the bottom of my computer was clearly ripped off and place back on with some weak tape. It immediately started falling off when I got my laptop back. That did not happen before it was in their care. Also, the back of my laptop wasn't placed on correctly after the battery replacement, it is now bent open and will not close completely exposing the motherboard and internal components now. He didn't even close my laptop properly. I'm going to the geek squad to get this resolved. Very sad when you try to support local businesses and they make you wish you would have went to a bigger company.

Amazing service and great turn around time. I had an issue with my PC crashing when playing games and just poor performance all around. I had done as much as I could to figure it out with no luck. I took my PC in expecting to need new parts but thankfully it was just a software issue. He reset my PC and it has been working better than ever!

Terrible customer service, tech is the owner and he works by himself so he's overstressed abs because of this, he has a terrible attitude. He's trying to do too much all by himself. Plan on visiting this place NEVER!!!

Wide range of pre-owned laptops available. Your choice determines the price!

The guy is very good. The after sales support is great and he is highly proficient and cool headed. I had a battery issue with the laptop that I bought from him and he attended to me promptly by ordering for a new battery replacement, no questions asked. He will always pick your calls.

I have been using him for my computer services since I got to this area about six years ago and no regrets. I highly recommend him.
