INCREDIBLE WORK - VERY SLOW / NO DELIVERY - gave diamond ring in August - still waiting in December for repair

Lorien did an incredible job designing my engagement band and wedding ring. We think she's a genius.

That said, the diamond (a family heirloom) fell out of the engagement ring she designed for us. Thankfully we found the diamond. She agreed to fix it - in August. It is now December. We are still waiting.

Unfortunately, we no longer live in Truckee but visit multiple times a year. This has made us think this relationship would be able to continue over time and distance.

That said, after multiple attempts at communication (email, phone - her mailbox is full...) we are losing trust in Lorien.

We strongly encourage all future clients to make an agreement with her to receive your valuables back (honestly, with some sort of verification certificate) - with a time-bound, penalty-based approach.

Lorien, if you read this - please contact us. We have emailed you multiple times, called (as mentioned, your vm box is full and you can't receive messages...) We are happy to update this after this case resolves.

I would very much like my engagement ring back. Even if it's not fixed - it's been long enough.

UPDATE 1/13/25: Heard back from her immediately after posting this, responded to her email - and then have heard nothing.
Have asked her to send ring - her voice mailbox continues to be full. I have no idea what's going on with a ring (my wedding ring) that she designed, that we left with her at the end of August....5 months ago.

Will update y'all once the ring is sent.

After a design meeting with Lorien on Aug. 11 I went in today and picked up my old pieces. After 2.5 months of promises no progress. I am sad. I love her jewlery but it was not going to happen. I really don't know why. Lorien is talented and nice. False promises!
