Came here on a friend recommendation. I had just installed it last week, put it away and today i took out to use and it wasn't put in properly. Called and they claim it was because i dropped it. Never, when i have dropped any phone has the screen lifted. They tried blaming me, and want me to pay to fix THEIR mistake. They rushed to fix it and caused this. Poor customer service and poor way to handle it. Will take somewhere else to fix that actually will own up to mistakes not this shop who lies and covers their own self.

Horrible job. We gave a Note Ultra 20 for repair. The screen went black because it fell but the glass didnt crack or scratch. It still looked brand new. When she fixed it, she charged it, and then she called to say that the phones battery would charge to 100 in 5 minutes and then turn off in 3 minutes. We asked her to please put the screen back because the phone wasn’t functioning well therefore we didnt want to pay for a new screen. This is how she gave it back. She then proceeded to say that she had thrown away the old screen so she just put on a broken one she had. Very unprofessional. She didnt even care.

5 stars to this place! This guy brought my phone back to life! My iPhone 8 Plus charging port was not working. I dropped it off in the morning and within 1 hour my phone was charging and at a great price! It is hard to find honest and reasonable technician, he even replace my screen protector for a better quality one for no additional cost. I'm always going to come to A&N LA Wireless and tell all my friends about it!

he is unprofessional when I call to inform him the phone is not properly working. he wave any responsibility, claiming no liability instead, he suggested that it was my fault, and asked me for more pay.
after giving up on him, I went to a different phone repair shop. fixed all the problems in no time.

the professional discovered the battery and touchscreen problem is a result of the poor assembly.

Took my phone to bug a screen protector, and the guys said "we don't sell the $10 one no more"
So I got the one with the UV $20 light and now my phone speaker isn't working because he dropped glue on it ,I will be going back soon so they can fix it because he caused the problem, my phone was 100% good condition till he put the screen on it,now they have to fix it. They lady there was nice.

Tony is very unprofessional! Left my phone with him for a week says it's the screen. I came back the following week my phone is dissemble in a sandwich bag and said "sorry can't fix it". What kind of business are you running and lost a few parts belonging to the phone. I lost valuable information, his attitude is not right unprofessional and rude ignores you and starts creeping with his female customers.

Pls don’t come here I took my iPhone 13 to get my back glass repaired and I end up with a old battery my phone it’s new and after I took it to get fix the battery it’s practically workless, and the guy who works there looks like he learned his stuff in YouTube the lady looks like she don’t care about her clients
