Bought a gold ring and chain set. Absolutely love!! I damaged the clasp while on a trip…luckily this company honors their life time warranty. I ordered some jewelry in December 13, 2022 and my credit card was charged but I never received a confirmation of the order nor did I ever receive the item. I sent the customer service email a query about my order and a copy of the charge to my card and still have not received a message back regarding my order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
