CIARA - thanks for selling my 13 year old kid a cheap $20 sterling silver chain for $100!! And ANDY - thanks for refusing to give me my money back when I called to explain my son didn't realize what he bought could have been bought at JCP for $20!! I hope this doesn't happen to anybody else's kids.. THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF!!!

**Edit: How is this defamation or harrassment? And I did call the cops to ask if anything could be done and like Andy told me they wouldn't be able to do anything. That wasn't a threat. You guys are unwilling to give me my money back so I reached out to see if that was legal. Yes it is legal but the morale behind it is wrong. You took my son's graduation money for a cheap necklace and it's wrong. You had him sign a document without him having an adult there. This isn't defamation, this is letting the public know the TRUTH about your company.

On 11/29/2020 I made a cash purchase of $11,100 from LB showroom located in Fashion fair mall. My order was supposed to be done by 2/2/2021. When that time came I was advised that my order was not ready. After that, the date kept getting pushed back further. After 5-6 months I received some of my gold but not my pendant. I gave them a few more months when it did come in it was not what I paid for it was poor quality. they took it back twice to fix it. It has now been almost a year I have yet to receive my pendant. A tooth on my grill broke not long after getting it, they didn't give me a paid in full receipt after my final payment after telling me that it was paid in full during our first visit they called me and said they miscounted the money and I still had a balance which I paid just to get it over with. The store refused to give me the corporate number and threatened to stop all contact when I mentioned getting a lawyer involved. When I called to get updates they either don't answer the phone or push us off. so, I started going in to the store which also didn't do anything. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. NOT TO MENTION THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!

Any past customers who have also been scammed by this place please contact us so we can get together a class action law suit. We too have not been compensated for the jewelry they took and sold off. There’s still money to be owed and they want to ignore our messages. Not To mention whoever is on the other side of the phone number linked is ready for a fight. Very unprofessional and ready to attack. We will get justice because the good vs evil battle always wins with the good 🙏🙏🙏

This place is a scam I dealt with them and cashed out $5000 and gave them my diamond watch to do my band it's been almost two years and they stopped answering or texting. The store can't seem to stay in one place for some odd reason Brenda and the rest wil tell you what you want to hear but I'm still waiting for my watch and or money back with my watch I go by the name Javier they know who I am and I got all receipts and text to prove it adreien knows as well so all them fake reviews about how good they are is b.s by the way they claim to be open but the building is completely empty I jus walked out of fashion fair mall and this place doesn't exist wow false advertising at its finest.

Quality was definitely worth the wait. The employees went above and beyond to satisfy all my needs and gave me a great price. I recently got my ring appraised and the appraisal price was over double what I had paid. All in all fantastic store and will only purchase from here.

Scammers. I bought a custome piece 10/13/21 I was told if I paid in full they would have it done by 11/13/21 (my bday was 11/16) this was perfect timing. When the time came around dates kept being pushed out. 12/24 was the new date after being told next week on multiple occasions. Date came, still nothing blamed it being stuck in customs, I called again and told them I was going to dispute the charges 1/9/22 was my new they swore I would get a full refund at this point if it did not show up, they promised to send me an email stating so. I never received email. I waited until 1/10 to call being they hadn’t called me I already knew it wasn’t in. The same person I been speaking with then tried to tell me I needed to talk with the person in charge of my sale that they couldn’t help me, mind you I spoke with them already on multiple occasions I recognize there voice. 1/11 I called again since this person never called me back as promised. No answer, called a few hours later again no answer. My phone number is not a local number so I then had a friend call from a local number and sure enough got an answer, they told him my piece would be in by this weekend at the latest. He told them they needed to call me. They never did only for me to get a text message later in the day from a number claiming to be corporate stating my piece would be in no later then the end of the month. They lie, lie and lie. They also ask when you call you name and if you have any other numbers they can assign, my assumption is so they know who to block. No corporate and no real tracking info on the supposed pieces I’m shocked they are still in business honestly. Be very careful doing business here.

Back in January of this year, i walk into Luxe Bijoux, to buy a chain. I end up opening a new account with them, and pick a gold chain to be custom made for me. So the transaction was done for about $2k, and i was told the chain would be ready for pick up in a few weeks. I check my account the next day and there is a 8,500$ charge from Luxe Bijoux plus the $2k charge from the previous day. I have been overbalance since january! And i have yet to receive the gold chain i ordered and have been making payments on. I was a customer previous to this incident, and shocked that my issue has not been resolved.

Luxe Bijoux The Showroom is a scam do not do business w/ them unless you have money to waste! They will lie, lie, lie AND LIE over and over & make you CHASE THEM DOWN for a refund. They have no corporate # to contact, they give you an email but we NEVER got a response & we emailed them in January. They just sit behind the counter looking stupid! 1/5 would NOT recommend
