Went to Macy’s fine jewelry and had the most pleasant, lovely shopping experience with Sherrie! This woman was absolutely lovely and warm. She offered all her wonderful expertise and guidance as I made my decision on what to buy. I spent about an hour just talking to her and we talked about everything. She was so wonderful that I want to come back just to talk to her! If you stroll through the fine jewelry department, ask for Sherrie!

The place is okay. Prices for the majority of men's clothes were a bit higher than I expected. Not a fan of how the clothing is separated and laid out. I like their professional attire but the styles for their daily wear clothing are not what I'd ever wear. I was given a gift card here so had to use it.

I recently visited the skincare and cosmetics department at Macy's and was warmly welcomed by Candace Panek, who was an absolute delight. I was looking for a few Origins skincare products, and Candace not only helped me find exactly what I needed but did so with such sweetness, kindness, and professionalism. Her exceptional demeanor and welcoming personality make me look forward to returning to Macy’s even more now.

I left feeling extremely satisfied with my purchase, and I believe Candace truly deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. In addition, a few other associates on the floor also checked in with me while Candace was searching for a product, showing the entire team's dedication to their customers.

I would like to update my review based on my most recent experience at Macy's. I had the pleasure of meeting Amber, who was an absolute delight. She took the time to expertly color-match me for an Anastasia Beverly Hills product, demonstrating both professionalism and attention to detail. Amber was not only kind and courteous but also went the extra mile by assisting me in selecting an additional product and providing generous samples for me to try. Her exceptional customer service skills truly deserve recognition.

The GM of Macy's should be proud to have such a wonderful team of women, all of whom demonstrated great self-awareness and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service. Thank you, Candace, for making my shopping experience a beautiful one. I’ll be back soon to restock!

This Macy's is wonderful, all of the employees are so nice and very helpful. I always find great deals on many different things. Well stcked, clean fitting rooms 👏. The Back Stage in the Men's dept is fantastic. I've read some of these reviews lol, and saying the fitting rooms are terrible, or you can't get any help is a lie. The people that work there mang's and employees are always super nice and helpful. I would give this store 10 stars if i could.

I Love the experience l receive when l step into both buildings. The staff is friendly and welcoming! The merchandise is neatly place and easily to find by Vendor!

I expected better clothing options for women. I may need to come back again to see if supplies were just picked over. We were in the Temecula mall, and the dressing rooms were filthy. I need to try my items on as I am hard to fit. I cut my shopping short because I was so grossed out by the dressing rooms.

Oh, how I love Macy's. They always have such good prices and great sales their customer service is amazing. The store is always clean I always find something I like here in this store .

I really love their products and online it says if you spend $75 you get a free sample I went in there today and I asked and they said that that was over but when I looked online, it was still going on. It’s kind of annoying to spend money And not get the little free samples that everyone else is getting . The girl was really nice though. I just put two stars for not receiving the free products.
