My wife was driving our tiny car. She pulled into the spot where another vehicle just pulled out. Aggressively (who I assume is the owner) comes to us and threatens to tow us. We were confused by both his attitude/aggression as well as not being aware what we were doing wrong. We left, found parking elsewhere…my wife than walked into his pharmacy. He said “oh I wasn’t aware you were coming in here. She advised him to learn manners than left.

We will in Kona tomorrow and I realized the pharmacy I use for my medication miscounted my pills leaving me a couple of days short. I called Malama Pharmacy praying that they’d be understanding and kind- as I’d only ever see them one time! Amazing customer service and now I can rest easy knowing that my growing baby will be okay! So kind, and caring! I wish businesses were like that here!!

Awesome to have a local compounding pharmacy. While the cost was slightly higher than a mainland compounding pharmacy, I believe it is important to support our local economy. Service is excellent and refills are very quick. Parking, like so often on the island, is very tight.

So good to have a pharmacy here that makes medication. People may complain that they do not take insurance, but to get what I needed when a non producing pharmacy would charge me more is great. I am from New Zealand, and Ivermectin has been taken off the shelf, living in Hawaii now, great to see this is still a land where we can get good medical advice and get it forfilled.

Bring lots of money, they won't bother handling insurance. Script cost $143 from them, $9 from a pharmacy elsewhere. Good luck getting the single parking space. We need a different compounding pharmacy on island.

They gals are awsome.They make it easy for me to fill my prescriptions.At times even calling some of my meds in to my doctor letting them know ahead of time that my prescriptions need to be renewed.I never have to worry about reminding my self which medicines need to be refilled they always have it ready for me.The customer service is unbelievably great.These guys make you feel like family.Customer for life.Also they are so knowledgeable in everything i actually talked to them about some future concerns on some possible medical problems(very minor)that i might face and they were kind enough to take the time out and explain from there experience what some possible options might be.They assured me to seek medical advice from a doctor of course but they let me know what they have seen done in the past pertaining my condition.Give these gals a try they are the bomb.
